  • How fresh is your jerky?
    We’re FOB. Fresh Off the (Butcher’s) Block, that is. Our jerky is made weekly. No sitting in a warehouse for months before shipping out. Because we make jerky so often, it allows us to use minimal ingredients and no artificial preservatives.
  • Where do you get your beef from?
    We purchase all of our beef at The Meat Spot, a local butcher in Watertown, MA that has been around for over 90 years. Make it local!
  • Why is there a floss pic in my bag of jerky?!
    Even though our jerky is not like traditional brands that can be chewy, we don’t want you to get caught with our meat in your teeth. We assure you that our dental hygiene station is nowhere near our packaging station.
  • Where is Bjerky made?
    We work out of a top secret location that cannot be disclosed, but we’ll tell you just this one time...a commercial kitchen in Waltham, MA. Don’t worry, it’s legit.
  • Do chickens support the eating of Bjerky?

  • When is the best time to eat Bjerky?
    When ISN’T the best time? Well, maybe when you’re in the bathroom. But if you’re hungry for a midnight snack or a quick fix on the go, (almost) anytime is a great time to eat Bjerky.
